deAzzle Services, a Pune based a startup, and an application for one-stop solutions for booking local services and subscriptions in Pune has acquired Outgo Payment Solutions, that specializes in making business cashless and paperless.
deAzzle is backed by Dr. Anand Deshpande, Founder, and MD, Persistent Systems Limited.
Dr. Anand Deshpande said “With the acquisition of Outgo we’ve extended and strengthened deAzzle’s solution in recurring billing payment collection. The digital push from e-commerce into local commerce is creating a void for digital solutions in billing, appointments and subscription management which we will fill.”
Chetana Pawar, Founder of Outgo said, “Small businesses are looking for a quick and cost-effective solution to their day to day operational problems. They spend a lot of time on manual billing, invoicing, expense tracking and payment collection. We started Outgo around the time of demonetization and since then we have added hundreds of customers.
